From across the Tasman we partnered up with the team from Garage Project to bring the “White Mischief” salted white peach sour to Bondi. Bar manager Ryan Bickley has been in the cocktail lab and whipped up the perfect antidote for long Autumn nights with his “Peachy Keen” – Jack Daniels, peach & maraschino liqueur, lemon and saffron bitters. From McLaren Vale, South Australia we’re bringing the highly acclaimed Bondar “Junto” Grenache Shiraz Mataro to Bondi Hardware, James Haliday rates this wine and so do we!
